Here for the birth of your baby —
and the birth of a new you.

I'm Milliya — a doula, a women's integration coach, and a mother of two. If you're pregnant, preparing to birth, or finding your way into motherhood far from home, you don't have to do it alone — or in a language that isn't yours.

Let's start with a conversation

About me

I was once that mother, too —
longing to be truly held

I birthed both of my children gently — my first in Bremen, Germany, my second at home in Taiwan. Those two births, and years of raising children across Taiwan and Japan, taught me that becoming a mother is never only about the body. It moves everything — body, mind, and spirit.

Because I've walked it, I understand the longing not just for information, but to be genuinely understood. I weave evidence-based birth knowledge together with a body-mind-spirit approach, and walk beside each woman in her own way — steady, real, and never rushing you toward any "should."

Wherever you are

Let's start with a conversation

I work in person in Taipei (Beitou) and in Japan (Zushi · Kanagawa), and online with mothers anywhere. Whether you're pregnant, preparing to birth, or finding your way into motherhood — you're warmly welcome to tell me your story. You don't need to have it all figured out; you only need to be willing.
